Greetings, and Happy June!

I'm thrilled to announce a new breakthrough series I'm offering beginning in July, called Live Your True Spirit in Life and Work.  I'm deeply excited about delivering these programs (both virtual and live workshops) because I've had a spiritual awakening (yet again!) these past few weeks that has tuned me in finally to what I truly want to be doing at this juncture - helping others reconnect to their true spirits and inner voices, and their authentic purpose in life and work.

Something happened on my birthday - June 2 - and in the days following that shook me to my toes and woke me up.  Recently, I've had dreams, brainstorms, exciting new ideas and projects, all pointing to coming "out of the spiritual closet" and openly helping others connect to their spirits, guiding intuition, and higher selves. 

I've also made a new commitment to myself and others to moving forward on my screenplay idea that I've had for several years - about a dramatic past life memory that turns the main character's world upside down, and changes her and her family's life forever.  Authentic, revealing, and powerful stuff, to be sure.  (See my recent blog post for more on my breakthrough on that project!

Those of you who've read my book Breakdown, Breakthrough know something about me, but not the whole story.  You know that I'm a studied expert on breakthrough, and have lived my own professional traumas and underwent subsequent reinventions.  You also know that I have spiritual practices and beliefs that sustain me through the darkest times.

But even I didn't know until now that I've had a significant block about moving forward in helping myself and others reconnect to their spirits, and to express them as fully as possible in this lifetime.  But I'm ready to release the block (in fact, call it done!).  And I'm ready to help you do the same.  I believe the best and most powerful teachers and coaches are those who have personally and directly lived through what you're longing to achieve - because they have the compassion, acceptance, understanding, wisdom, and tools to bring about the real change that you desire.

Live Your True Spirit in Life and Work

A new Breakthrough Series offered by Kathy Caprino

If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions, this teleseminar program will help you explore your life and career, gain an understanding of what is missing, and identify what is longing to be expressed in this lifetime.  By examining the outward life and/or career you've built, then understanding how it falls short of your dreams and visions, we'll be journeying inward to find your "home"- the spiritual you that is ready and waiting to be expressed and lived.  

Each week for six weeks, in a small, informal group we will meet (virtually) to explore what needs to be expressed and honored in your life in order to increase movement, ease, excitement, and joy.  Through discussion, exercises, imagery, and exploration, you'll get in touch with your unique essence as a special and deeply valued individual on this planet now, and find new, energizing ways to begin walking down a more expansive and fulfilling path in both life and work.

• Gain clarity on what needs to be expressed more fully in your life 
• Learn at least six new tools and approaches to hear the messages of your spirit and intuition to guide you going forward
• Understand (and release) what's holding you back from achieving your visions
• Develop a clear course for designing the next chapter of life and work that reflects the real you
• Take concrete steps towards living your compelling visions for life and work
