Live Your True Spirit in Life and Work

A new Breakthrough Series offered by Kathy Caprino

• Are you feeling that the road you are on--the life or career you've built-- doesn't reflect the "real" you?
• Have you traveled down one path so far that it feels overwhelming to take another?
• Do you wish for change, but feel stuck as to what you really want to do next?
• Do you have intuitive hunches but feel unsure if you're to follow them?

If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions, this workshop (offered two ways - in-person in CT and via teleseminar) will help you explore your life and career, gain an understanding of what is missing, and identify what is longing to be expressed in this lifetime.  By examining the outward life and/or career you've built, then understanding how it falls short of your dreams and visions, we'll be journeying inward to find your "home"- the spiritual you that is ready and waiting to be expressed.  

Each week for six weeks, in a small, informal group we will meet to explore what needs to be expressed and honored in your life in order to increase movement, ease, excitement, and joy.  Through discussion, exercises, imagery, and exploration, you'll get in touch with your unique spirit and essence as a special and deeply valued individual on this planet now, and find new, energizing and practical ways to begin walking down a more expansive and fulfilling path in both life and work.

2.  Your Spirit's Expression - What is Missing from Your Life
3.  Overcoming Fears and Blocks and Following Your Intuition
4.  Discovering Your Passion, Power, and Purpose
5.  Clarifying What You Wish to Do Next
6.  Moving Forward Toward Your Visions
 
Attendees of this Program will:

• Gain clarity on what needs to be expressed more fully in your life 
• Learn at least six new tools and approaches to hear the messages of your spirit and intuition to guide you going forward
• Understand (and release) what's holding you back from achieving your visions
• Develop a clear course for designing the next chapter of life and work that reflects the real you
• Take concrete steps towards living your compelling visions for life and work
